PowerSource InternationalPOWERSOURCE INTERNATIONAL (PSI) was recognized for its outstanding performance and entrepreneurial spirit when it won an award at the prestigious 2006 Enterprise 50 Awards in November.
Ranked #33, PSI is one of the 50 privately-owned firms in Singapore selected based on selected performance indicators such as profit before tax, sales turnover, and growth in profits in the last three years. Other qualititative criteria includes management philosophy and knowledge, innovations, and market presence.
Powersource's Managing Director, Mr Richard Tan, and Business & Finance Director, Mr Ong Siew Peng, were both present to receive the award at the E50 ceremony.
About the Enterprise 50 Awards
Enterprise 50 was established by Accenture and The Business Times, with support from the Economic Development Board in 1995 to recognize the contributions made by local enterprises to Singapore's economy.
The Enterprise 50 is now jointly supported by the International Enterprise Singapore and Spring Singapore, and the yearly-published list has become the definitive list of the 50 most enterprising, privately-held local companies in Singapore.
